Funding

To cover the cost of running the festival, funding is raised in a variety of ways.
 

Membership

Membership:

• Life Membership £100
• Adult Annual Membership £15
• Junior Annual Membership £5

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is used mainly to offset the cost of producing our Syllabus, Festival Programme and Highlights Programme. Rates are currently set at £10 to sponsor an individual class, or £30 to sponsor a Section (a group of classes). Sponsors may be members, charities or other interested individuals.

We also accept Corporate Sponsorship. For a fee of £45 companies may sponsor a section of their choice and will be acknowledged using the company type-face and logo in the Syllabus, Festival Programme and Highlights Programme. The company logo will also feature on display boards in Eden Court during the run of the festival.
 

Advertising

Advertising is invited from local business, distant business and organisations with an interest in promoting education and performance of the arts within Highland communities. Adverts will appear in the Syllabus, Festival Programme, Highlights Programme and on display boards in Eden Court during the run of the festival.
 

Entry Fees & Admission Charges

Performers in the Inverness Music Festival pay an appropriate entry fee and there is a modest charge for admission to festival events.
 

Grant

Inverness Festival Association is grateful for the continued support from the Highland Council which has makes an annual award to the festival from the Inverness Common Good Fund.
